No wards were placed around so he's able to move freely without having to worry about getting caught in a trap. It makes things a lot easier for him, after all. He's only troubled by the fact that Allen isn't there and neither is Bookman. Were they dragged elsewhere?

Releasing a slight huff, Lavi decides to grab a random book and sit down on one of the chairs. Might as well get comfortable for now.]
